Picking up exactly where the first film left off, Halloween II follows the same ill-fated characters as they encounter the knife-wielding maniac they left for dead in the first film. Brilliant
It is a must buy for Halloween fans, I will say that the disc holder doesn't hold the 4k disc correctly therefore it does occasionally pop out but I've had no problems with the blu-ray or the dvd, the blu-ray doesn't have interview with the production manager so that's a little disappointing, incase anyone is wondering, the dvd is the television cut and all discs are locked to region 1 which is US, if you have a region free player like me then you're good to go

Halloween 4k&blu ray
Right.Here is the excellent follow up to John Carpenter classic from 1978. First is the picture on 4k; it's quite possible the best this movie has ever been. The soundtrack is also pumped up a notch or two. It's excellent The packaging is up there with the best release out there. I use the the 4k disc only as it's region free and not locked. The blu ray is locked. Also a big thank you to Zavi for making those titles available for us here in the UK. I'm so glad to have this in my 4k collection. Quite frankly the Zavi site may be the site to go to if you what those titles that ain't available locally Andrew.

Good Film, Flimsy Packaging
Honestly, I love the second Halloween. Has a real nostalgic place in my heart. But in terms of the packaging for this film, 2 of the 3 discs were loose in the box and just about sit in the holder. No damage, luckily, but still disappointing. The case feels cheap.

Thanks Zavvi, Your The Best!
Thank you so much Zavvi for saving me so much money by stocking all of the “Shout Factory (the American version of Arrow video)” “Halloween” series 4K releases, as it’s saves me a ton of money by not having to import them from the US now. I also have a multi regional Blu-Ray player (plus two 4K players) so the locked Blu-Ray discs are not a problem for me and I can fully enjoy the whole package. Every movie fan should have a multi regional player, it will open up you to whole new worlds of entertainment.

Halloween 2 4k and Bluray
It would seem that these are the Scream Factory releases which is great. The down side is all of the extras are on the bluray discs which will be region locked to A (US) which is a shame so keep that in mindif you were hopingto watch the extras. The 4k pictures should be amazing.

Halloween 1 2 3 4 and 5 finally in 4K
Even before their release its great to see the original Halloween getting a brand new tranfer as there was a lot of complaints about the original 4K release and the colour tones but to see all these releases getting a Dolby Atmos track is incredible as Halloween 2 has in my opinion always been the best opening theme version with full on synths so to hear this new transfer booming all around our soundstages will be well worth the price,the 4K disc will no doubt be region free as all are however if this is the Scream Factory versions it may be that the Blurays are region A locked however nothing in the description to suggest that they are.
