Sharing this set with my family made for a fantastic evening. The film's never looked or sounded better with the colour levels especially standing out. This also is the original, superior, theatrical release too.

5 Stars ALL the Way.. Now there's collectors editions and then there's this... this is a MUST for not only E.T fans out there but the Collectors... Very rarely do we get Lunch box Flask art cards etc ... I hope this is a Sign of things to come in the future... because I love this .... The Price too is AWESOME and well worth the money... Hopefully with the Exorcist hitting 50 next year..the same thing will happen to that... Also Freddy vs Jason hitting 20 next year... here's hoping the Collectors Editions go crazy with loads of extras that Include the 4k Steelbooks just as this does. Thank you Zavvi

Amazing set to mark 40 years
This is a really well-put-together set - the bits and pieces in here are genuinely really nice and are a great addition to any E.T. fan's collection. The bonus features on the disc are also great, compiling all of the content that has made its way out across previous home releases whilst also adding a couple of new 40yr retrospectives, one of which is with Spielberg. The quality of the actual film of course speaks for itself!

This set is awesome. The lunchbox matches my ScoobyDoo one perfectly. My favourie soup (Chicken Noodle) will be fun to sip out of the cool thermos at lunchtime. I don't have a blu ray player yet, so I might just give the blu ray book to dad. To be honest, the blu ray book and cards don't mean anything to me. I just want the premium lunchbox and thermos.
