A classic finally in 4K
4We finally have the original nightmare in 4K and it was worth the wait. It looks and sounds great. The upgrade has been done really well. The colour’s really pop. The box set package is also really well done. The steelbook case is classy, with postcards, double sided poster and a picture booklet. It also comes with an authentic cert which is a nice touch. The only down side is there’s no new bonus material. So if you have the dvd or Blu-ray then you’ve seen the bonus features before. Other than that, it’s a great box set.

Great Edition
5If you are a fan of this film or someone who collects physical media this is a great edition to own. The VHS style hardcover and the original release art work on the steelbook both work so well. The film itself has also never looked as good.

A dreamy collectors edition
5What a collectors edition this is, I was lucky enough to get this set which is in limited supply and warner have not disappointed. The whole design of the case, disc with distinctive red colour and the physical extras are just amazing. The actual film is a stone cold classic and the 4k transfer is spot on with a great colour palette. Also as usual great delivery and service from zavvi . Set packaged up in strong box and came in mint condition. Here's hoping the rest of the elm street series gets the same treatment.

Freddys back in glorious 4k
5To start the box set is beautiful but the main star of the show is the 4k disc freddy never looked better like watching it for the first time Glorious must buy

Nightmare on Elm Street
5Finally released on 4k one of best horrors ever. Freddie one of the truly iconic horror characters of all has looked or sounded so good. Nice box and steelbook. Great new art work. This set is a must for fans of this franchise. Hopefully a set containing all the seris is released soon.

The Best the Movie has Looked
5If you’re a fan of the movie this is an absolute pickup. The clarity of night shots are clearer and small details are more apparent. A combination of the previous points as an example is when Tina pulls of Freddy’s face to reveal a skull. The cover on the steelbook is of the classic theatrical poster of which this set includes as well.
