Great game
Bioshock 2 has incredible gameplay with dual-wield guns and plasmids and cool areas and collectibles make this game a great one. The graphics are good and the story is different than the first one, but okay if you like the philosophical debates. The multiplayer is good too and it is very emotional. I recommend it.

As good as the first ?
Bioshock is the first game in years that had me actually hooked, thinking about it all day long even while I was at work. It's definitely a survival horror game, and although it plays like a shooter, its gameplay is obviously derived from another great game : Metroid Prime. From Metroid, Bisoshock has elemental weapons, a lot of places look similar (those butterflies that fly around glittering coral...), and the story telling has the same logic; you learn trough clues you find instead of annoying cutscenes, which I always hated. Nonetheless Bioshock 2 didn't impress me as much as the first one. The improvements were minor, and the places look at best similar, but in many cases lack the art deco impressive style, they feel smaller and more "corridor" like, and the story telling wasn't as fascinating as the first. In fact I didn't really care much about the characters this time. Also the game is repetitive, hordes of enemies are always attacking you, which at some point stops being fun and feels like cheap fillers. A great game, whose only crime was to lack the freshness of the first.

Simply great
If you like the first game you will surely love this one as well. Both are quite similar, but the second part has, in my opinion, some real improvements such as improved hacking, more money drops and better weapons. Hopefully the next game will be even better.

Tons of bang for the buck
While finnishing off the first game I decided to buy the second game because of how awesome it was. The second game was even better in my opinion. If you havn't tried this game yet, do it! Bioshock 2 also features a multiplayer mode which is loads of fun. Many great game modes and you don't have to play the game for months before you can actually kill someone. 5/5 Stars, one of the best games I've ever played.

Excellent single player action
Very impressed with the single player experience. Improves on the 1st game in every way. Playing as a big daddy is cool and all of the moral choices from the first game play a bigger part. Taking on a big sister is tough as nails but gives an amazing sense of achievement. Laying traps for unsuspecting enemies is also a blast. The only let down for me was the multiplayer. It was fun for a couple of nights, but doesn't hold up to the Halo's, Call of Duty's, And Gears of wars out there.
