Modern Warfare 2 is an amazing game! The campaign is really good, although slightly short, it is made up for by the Spec-Ops mode which gives you unique missions. The online experience also makes this game worth a lot more. Lots of unlockable items and weapons as well as big maps! Definitely recommended to all!

This is an excellent developement of the first chapter called Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare. The single player campaign is epic and feature the most of the war of our times. The Mulitplayer mode is complitelly redefined, and it's got really awesome for any videogamer. Only a few are the reasons which make this compart no so excellent. But now you can admire and enjoy the latest chapter of this incredible Saga developed by Treyarch: Call of duty: Black Ops.

I think it's a brilliant game mostly on multiplayer and this time I think it's not all about the player it's all about the weapons. There's no other game like it until Black Ops comes out.

This game is excellent. I love the guns you get to play with and all of the challenges you face and the best part of it is you can play online with all my mates. This game is one of the best I've ever played. Highly recommend !!!!!!!!!!!!!

After I played on Call of Duty 4 and experienced both the single and multiplayer action, I was pumped up for Infinity Ward's new release: the direct follow up to this game. I expected it to be a game that I would enjoy the story mode on, however it proved to be a slight disappointment in terms of my expectation level. I still very much enjoyed the story however i wasn't as enthralled with it as I was with Call of Duty 4. I also didn't feel that the campaign was long enough to build a bond with the characters that were betrayed so I didn't feel any emotion about it. The Special Ops mode was enjoyable the first couple of times the mission was played but sadly I didn't want to play it after I had died on veteran difficulty for the 30th time in a row. I also feel that I could have seen more variety in the missions available, and the juggernauts being incredibly hard to kill just made the game feel unrealistic to me. But I could live with the fact that these areas were not up the standard I was hoping for as long as the multiplayer mode (that I spent a good 11 days on in the original Modern Warfare) could keep me satisfied. But once again, I feel that the maps were not as impressive as others on Call of Duty 4 or even World at War. Some guns were greatly overpowered and irritating deathstreaks ruined the whole experience for me. Everthing else about the online was great but I just wasn't as impressed as I felt I should have been. Overall the game is a very good game that will go down in history as one of the greatest, but for me I just didn't feel it was as good as I hoped for. I know that I have mainly viewed the negative side here but the positive parts are just simply what you expect from the series, along with the increased customisation.

The Call of Duty series has been the pinnacle of war games since its first release for the PC in 2003. Modern warfare 2 was one of the most anticipated games of 2009, and when it was finally released, it did not disappoint many people. The single player part of the game is a gripping tale that is sure to get first person shooter fans hooked. The part of this game that makes it really exceptional is the multiplayer experience. In the multiplayer part of the game there are a number of game varieties that have been set up for you to play, ranging from a team deathmatch to free for all matches. They have really expanded on the online multiplayer aspect of the game, including customizable killstreaks, ranging from controlling a missile, being the gunner of an AC - 130 to getting a nuclear missile enabling you to win the match even if you are losing. Overall I give this game an excellent rating of five stars as it offers all that you could want for a first person shooter and more.

This game is yet another fantastic title in the series. The single player is good and the addition of special ops a very good idea. Although my main complaint comes with the online multiplayer, for as good as I think it is the amount of glitches and lag in the game frustrates me. As to why people have to cheat when playing a game just confuses me instead of just playing it and enjoying the experience. I think if there was some sort of beta released these glitches would have been wiped out and the gameplay experience would have been far better then what it already is. Therefore this is why I only give it 4 stars.

I waited so long for this game and wasn't disappointed. It must be played through your home cinema for maximum pleasure, well pleasure for me not for my wife and neighbours, Its so realistic, the game play blew my mind and now i cant stop playing it, my adrenaline pumps for hours after ive been forced to stop playing
