Exerbeat Gym Class Workout
Really clear instructions, a fun and complete workout. A lot of explaining to start with, which I'm hoping will disappear as soon as I get to know more about what's going on. My arms are certainly aching after the aerobic workouts! It's also great that there is a party selection to do with friends or family. Travelling round the world gives you the incentive to keep going to see what there is in the next zone. I can't wait to get further through this, I can certainly feel the benefit already and I've only been working through it for a short time. Contains aerobic, body conditioning and latin with plenty to do in each category.

Exerbeat Gym class workout
I'm fairly new to exercising with the WII so was not looking for anything too complicated. This is perfect for me because I can select the difficulty and duration of the workout. The best thing, of course, is that a lot of it (although not all) is dance based, which makes it a lot of fun.

Exerbeat Gym Class Workout
The Exerbeat Gym Class Workout is a very motivating programme, and is well suited to a beginner - which I am. As you go along, you unlock new exercises which I assume will get harder and longer as you progress. After each exercise you carry on with your walk around the world but as I have only got as far as 12 countries out of 90 I still have a long way to go. There is a good selection of exercises in each section which enthralled my grandaughter as well. Good fun and the first programme to keep me at it!
