The L5 Universal Remote transforms the iPhone, iPod touch or iPad into a personal universal remote that controls televisions, DVD players, DVRs, cable boxes, audio equipment, and most other products that come with an infrared remote. This device gives you a coffee table full of remotes on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.
Program your remotes by transferring signals "nose-to-nose" from the original remote, or download by selecting from the library of devices. If you press the same button sequence repeatedly, let your remote do it for you. Make a macro in seconds, and save time whenever you use it.
Each activity starts with a setup sequence, and displays only the buttons you need for that activity. This means you have the control you want for whatever you want. Why try to remember a bunch of numbers when you can go directly to the station you want? Pick your favorite stations, and visit with one touch.
Make as many remotes as you want, and organize them the way you want to, by rooms, devices, or themes. Design a remote for the living room and another for the bedroom. One for the adults, one of the kids, and one for Aunt Liz.
Select buttons, labels, and pre-designed panels from the toolbox, and drag them to the grid. Arrange the remote any way you want, and refine as much as you want too. Use drawers to save space, and icons to make everything clear at a glance. You can also use the tools to pick the size, shape, icons, labels, and colors you want. If you don't need a button, you can delete it. Upload custom icons and background graphics.
Your remote, like your computer, is a lot more useful when it's connected to the web. When your phone is connected to the web, you can upload and download remotes, icons and backgrounds. View the online database, or trade with the community via the L5 cloud.

L5 Must Have Gadget!

Needs Refining
The L5 Remote for iPhone, iPod touch, iPad is not the easiest thing to get your head around. It's not ideal for people with no patience.

How did I live without this
AWESOME!!!! Didnt know these even existed until zavvi sent and newsletter email. I love my gadgets and just had to have one. I also work with tv's and by having this device on me I have every remote on the one device. Downloaded some ready made remotes but also made some myself and its easy peasy. A must have for all gadget lovers my wife just shuck her head when I got it and cant see the point but shes used to my crazy gadgets now, go on order NOW!!!!
