In a future world where cloned plants, pets and human organs are freely available, the cloning of entire humans remains illegal. However, this is not enough to prevent an elite corporation from performing sinister cloning experiments along those lines, one of which involves decorated fighter pilot Adam Gibson (Arnold Schwarzenegger).
