Marvel Knights Collection
First things first: these are NOT animated films. they are animated comics. They take pre-existing comics and part-animate selected artwork from them. Notwithstanding that they include some good comics with wonderful artwork, they are not what I expected (serves me right for carelessness).

Marvel knights
This is aimed at young adults and adults. Do not buy it for your seven year old as he will be bored senseless after half an hour. The graphics are great but for younger viewers the comic book format will not appeal.

Product is of a very good quality in design and packaging, however the visual side on screen was a little disappointing as it is more comic based than fully animated and although well drawn lacks the interest of previous marvel animated series collections that I have purchased.

Great stuff
Wow, I waited a very long time for a box set that includes ALL Marvel Knights Motion Comics! What you get are 8 complete stories on 8 discs. Th Joss Whedon stories alone are worth buying it!! I watched the DVDs on my PS3 on a 55" flat tv and they look stunning!!! Good sounds as well. All I can say is: If you Marvel Comics, Joss Whedon and brilliant storytelling, then go and buy this set!
