Leverage - Season 2

I had never seen Leverage before, but I started watching the new, season 4 on television. I watched The Hustle but decided this is better. If you haven't seen this before, it's worth a watch - you won't be disappointed.

Leverage - Season 2

After seeing the first season of Leverage, I decided not to bother buying the second season. I was (and stil am) a huge fan of Hustle, the excellent English series that will end soon. Maybe this is why (and also because the price was right) I did buy the second season of Leverage. I must say, it is getting better. And it is always a pleasure to see Timothy Hutton is still alive and kicking. Better still, hamming it up. Hopefully they will have more story lines of their own in the future and please don't let us know half way how the con is going!

Leverage - Season 2

More light hearted fun with mid episode cliff hangers (just where the adverts would be, of course), but more of an emphasis on social conscience - assuring the American people that the dream is not over, and that the bad guys get what's coming to them in the end, especially when they rip off the working poor. So, not meant to be realistic, although there is some development of characters in this second series. Not in the same league as the superior drama shown and polished in the BBC Hustle series, but quite enjoyable in an A-Team sort of way.
