Professor Ian "Mac" McClaine, a brilliant computer expert, has invented an incredible device called The Brain Impulse Galvanoscope Record and Transfer (Big Rat). It enables the knowledge and experience of one person to be transferred to another. He demonstrates the machine to his friend Sam Loover, by transferring his own brain patterns to his adopted son Joe. Joe with the aid of this technology and some special glasses becomes the world intelligence network's (W.I.N.) most special agent, fighting for justice and saving human life.

This is bringing back a lot of schoolboy memories. Loved this series as a child and really enjoying seeing it once again. Cannot believe how well the Anderson series were made and still look good today. Everybody should watch Joe 90! And it is good value on Zavvi and great service.

I have been after this series ever since it was released on DVD but i was never going to pay the high price that they wanted for it. When I saw that Zavvi.com was selling it at the low price that they wanted I jumped at the chance and now I can relive my child hood watching another good Gerry Anderson Series.
