First there's Father Jack (Frank Kelly), who has not been sober since 1936 and has a vocabulary which extends to three words - only two of them printable. Then there's Father Dougal (Ardal O'Hanlan): young, innocent and almost inconceivably stupid. And finally, Mrs Doyle (Pauline McLynn) the overly-attentive housekeeper who has one sole purpose in life - to supply the priests with cups of tea, usually against their will. Will the four of them ever be able to live in faithful harmony?
This 5 disc complete boxset has been designed by renowned cartoonist and illustrator Tony Millionaire and includes collectible art cards of his drawings. Contains all episodes from all three series plus loads of extras!

My sides ache!!
Loved this show when it was TV but forgot how funny it is! Introduced my kids to Father Ted they both bellied laughed and they are both a tough crowd at 16 and 18 year old.

Very funny and good value
Excellent price for this boxed set delivered in good time and perfect condition. No problems. Father ted is an iconic comedy series and it's good value to get the boxed set as there's some excellent episodes on there which miss out on being included in the 'Best of' collections. Well worth the money.

A true classic comedy TV classic. Funny, charming and at times, very critical of the church in a soft lampooning way. A definate must buy

Father ted - The Complete Box Set
Although Zavvi were having difficulties getting hold of a copy of Father Ted - The Complete Box Set I stuck with them and they came through. I had been warned elsewhere that some of the complete sets werent (the Christmas special/s) this version is. Father Ted is one of those Marmite things but for those who enjoyed it, this is just the job.
