Not all that.
The run up to series 8 is far better then series 8 itself! It's slow, the fights are a paint by numbers affair! It's so dragged out and with very little humor to break the monotony of it all, it's underwhelming at best and down right bloody annoying at worst! I'd say skip to series 9, I hear that's a lot better!
