Whew...
This movie really took my breath away. It was incredibly scary, sad, beautiful, depressing, surprising and disturbing at the same time. But of course, you would expect nothing less from Lynch, the master of atmosphere. The steelbook matches that perfectly. To me, the most important part of the movie IS the atmosphere, and the steelbook is full of it. Really simple and mysterious design. Absolutely breathtaking!

A Love Story in the City of Dreams
Mulholland Drive is a masterpiece jigsaw puzzle. But the fragmented and confusing nature of the storyline isn't gratuitous - it reflects, in a visceral way, the state of mind of a person going through a crisis. If you haven't seen this film it is well worth watching (probably several times if you want to understand it). It is a mind-expanding experience, and there is always something new to see and think about, a new metaphor to explore, with every viewing. The Blu-ray steelbook is fine. I don't get too excited about packaging, but it was a good price and is my favourite film, so why not spend an extra couple of pounds on it! If you can't find the steelbook, go for the standard Blu-ray box, as the cardboard digipack packaging is not good - the disc is very difficult to get out of it.

Fitting Cover For Lynch's Magnum Opus
Mulholland Drive is a film you're not supposed to understand. It may confuse you, it may delight you, and it may even frustrate you - but one thing is for sure, and that's the impression David Lynch's greatest film will leave on you. The sleek design for this steelbook is fitting for the surreal, nightmarish adventure by the "chance" meeting of two women.

Great Choice
To be honest, Mulholland Drive is definitely my favorite movie. I already have the DVD, but then saw this one at zavvi - what a great steelbook! Awesome look, much extras and for me it is the best blu ray/steelbook out there. So if you haven't got this one yet - just go for it, you will not regret!

Sumptuous Looking with the Bonus of Extra content
A sumptuous looking steelbook with the bonus addition of extra content. It looks discretely shiny and mysterious - which matches the film. I don't normally go for steelbooks, but I am so glad I did this time. If you are unsure (like I was) just buy it. You will not be disappointed. P.S. the film is a 'marmite' classic which polarises opinion, but you know that already... Well done to Zavvi ! Delivery was very fast.
