Excellent
Life of Pi is a stunning movie. Having read the book, I did not think that it could translate to a movie easily but this one really captures the essence of the book well.

Life of Pi
I was looking forward to Life of Pi after listening to all the rave reviews it was getting. Sadly, it didn't hit the mark with me. I switched it off after half an hour. It doesn't matter to me about dazzling special FX, if a film doesn't grab my attention within the first half hour, especially having a running time of 121mins, then it tends to get put back on the shelf to gather dust. If I had to some up this film in one word, it would be 'strange'.
