GHOSTBUSTERS:
University parapsychologists Dr. Peter Venkman (Murray), Dr. Raymond Stanz (Aykroyd) and Dr. Egon Spengler (Ramis) lose a research grant when their experiment methodology is proven to be bogus. The team decides to go into business for themselves and open 'Ghostbusters,' a ghost removal service. After struggling to get on their feet, they are summoned to investigate the strange happenings in Dana Barrett's (Weaver) Central Park West apartment. What they discover is that all Manhattan is being besieged by ghosts and other worldly demons through a portal in her building.

Supernatural superstars Peter Venkman (Murray), Dr. Raymond Stanz (Aykroyd) and Dr. Egon Spengler (Ramis) spring back into action when the infant son of Dana Barrett (Weaver) becomes the target of a powerful demonic force. Reunited with their industrious secretary Janine (Potts) and the nerdy, near-sighted Louis (Moranis), the 'heroes of the hereafter' must put a stop to an enormous underground river ready to rot the roots of the entire Big Apple.

Excellent boxset
I bought this on Blu-ray for the 4k master to test on on my 4k TV. It's not true 4k, but both films particularly, Ghostbusters 2 look fantastic. It looks like it was filmed yesterday. The original is a little grainy in dark scenes, such as the library and the hotel sequence, but the effects really hold up, even after thirty years. A brilliant price for some 80's nostalgia, with some nice special features. Buy it now!!

Ghostbusters 1 and 2 upscale 4K
Great product , both great films, good old classic , even better in bluray with the upscale of 4K , picture quality is clear and colours are a lot truer , well worth the buy

Excellent 4k upgrade of Ghostbusters 1 and 2 in a nice Blu ray double pack, with super new features it is a package I would recommend to all movie and ghostbuster fans.

Great box set of two great films with ecellent picture and sound.Just to remind you blurays have been sourced from 4k scanned original 35mm negatives and recorded in the highest possible bit rate.Its also got wider colour gamut than regular blurays.And price....thanks zavvi!

Ghostbusters 1 and 2
Finally ghostbusters 1 and 2 available on blu ray and mastered in stunning 4k for 2 movies filmed in the 80's they both look as if they were filmed yesterday, packed with good special features that are worth looking at if you are like me a fan of the films since yesteryear or remember when they first came out. for fans it is more than worth a purchase and if you are just looking for a set of family films your kids or grand kids you wont go wrong here.

Great Show For Every Generation
Got this as a gift for my little brother who watched it with his 3 year old son. I now get tortured daily with scenes from Ghostbusters re-enacted by my 3 year old nephew whole my little brother was able to relive his youth. Great film for every generation - never grows old!!!
