From the brilliant and deranged minds of Quentin Tarrantino (Pulp Fiction, Django Unchained) and Robert Rodriguez (Desperado, Once Upon a Time in Mexico) comes cult-classic From Dusk Till Dawn, the story of Bank Robber Seth Gecko (George Clooney) and his psychopathic brother Richie (Tarantino) as try to escape to Mexico after one particularly bloody heist, the murder of a Texas ranger and the burning down of a liquor store.
Kidnapping crisis-ridden pastor Jacob Fuller (Harvey Keitel) and his family in their own RV, the brothers head for refuge across the border at the 'Titty Twister', an isolated bar and strip-club, in order to wait until the arrival of their handler. After assaulting the doorman to gain entry, the brothers are forced to team up with their hostages when the clientèle turn out to be more blood-thirsty than they first appeared. TP

It's got fangs!!
I already own this film on DVD, but seeing as it is one of my favorites (and despite vowing not to buy films on Blu-Ray that I already own on DVD), at this price I just couldn't resist! And I am glad I got the Blu-Ray! The picture is fantastic, a definite step up from the DVD in terms of definition, sharpness and clarity. The film itself is just what you would imagine given the mix of Tarantino, Rodriguez, Keitel, Clooney and Lewis - bad ass vampire action, visual flair, violence and an over-the-top approach to cinema. If you don't own this - get it! If you already own the DVD - have no fear, it's better on Blu-Ray!

Fangtastic Action/ Horror
For me this is (along with BLADE) one of the best Vampire/ Action movies released. A dazzling mix of Tarantinos snappy dialogue and Rodriguez kenetic direction that raises it head and shoulders above other movies in the genre. Reviews of the US / Canadian Blu Ray a while ago garnered poor reviews, citing poor picture quality and lack of extras for its downfall. Im pleased to say that this UK release has been given the treatment it deserves. While not being of benchmark quality the picture is still much improved on the dvd. The extras include the brilliant commentary by Rodriguez and Tarantino, outtakes, Featurettes, music videos and stills. More features than a lot of recent releases. This will be a worthy addition to any movie fans collection,
